I felt completely looked after from the moment I set foot into reception prior to my surgery. A lady collected me & showed me to a room, the nurse came and introduced herself & was so efficient checking everything & telling me the plan for the day. The porter was funny and distracting me down to theatre. The anaesthetist was kind & reassuring in my pre op worrying, as was the nurse in the anaesthetic room. I don’t remember getting back after the operation but Claudia my allocated nurse was there doing her job and spent the day answering my questions & she was brilliant. Just a good experience all round. The nursing assistants were also all so lovely. Discharge was smooth, my drugs were ready, instructions & post op care & follow up all booked by the efficient staff the next day. A seamless service which I feel lucky to have received.

Having not been in hospital since the age of 7 years old (now 63) I was more than a little hesitant to say the least.........
I really happy to say my hesitance was totally unfounded as my whole time in Nuffield was an absolute pleasure. The proffesionalism and attitude of the staff was first class, always with a smile and the care I received was fantastic!
I can assure anybody who is considering a visit to Nuffield Health Brentwood that you'll receive the best possible care going!

I visited Mr Kumar ENT at a very vulnerable time when I felt I had run out of options to treat my condition. Mr Kumar listened very carefully to my personal circumstances and reached out with a kind and helping hand. I felt nothing was too much trouble for him and that he sincerely cared about my receiving the best, most appropriate and timely treatment. I felt Mr Kumar was considered and open minded in his approach, and he communicated fully and openly with me at all times. I am forever thankful to him, his professionalism and sincerity, and to his wonderful team.

Staff at Nuffield are kind and friendly- hospital is always clean and tidy.
Wait time for appointments is very short and admin satff are extremely informative.

I was admitted for a hernia repair and i could not have been better looked after by all involved. I was put at such ease that i asked when i would be going into theatre and the procedure had already been completed.
